How do baking biscuits ever be quick? You normally must have a scale, carefully measure out all the ingredients, caress the bread to ages, cut out small cookies in to heart, star and moon shapes then wait the next century'til they are baked.
NEVER EVER would I bake cookies under these conditions. That's just how I roll. But after that I encounter those Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that is what I call them, anyhow.)
Okay, they don't taste exactly like the cookies you get round Christmas time. Rather they're a bit more gooey and don't crumble in any respect.
However, what largely convinced me was you could have them prepared in 25 minutes such as the baking time! No shit.
Probably the most astonishing thing about the biscuits is they call for only 2 ingredients! Yep that is right, and anybody can mix two ingredients.
Though in the event that you want to make them tastier and/or fitter you can pimp them up with some add ons like raisins, walnuts or cinnamon. That is Your Choice!
It sounds increasingly like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody is gonna pay me if you eat them), however I have to mention one more amazing thing about those cookies.
They are tasty! Yep, once I'd had the first I finished the remainder within one hour.
They're excellent for hiking excursions or other events where you need a quick pleasant bite on the go. Now I keep these as a fast bite in my backpack.
It also has to be noted they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, no none of the typical cookie suspects. Just oats and peanuts.
Health Benefits -- Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies
First I wished to call them"Fitness Cookies" -- cause I think these are the only truly healthy cookies that have been produced by humankind .
Take oats for example. Not only do they lower your cholesterol levels which in turn can help you stop developing heart disease or diabetes, but in addition they energize you with great carbs and nutrients to help keep you going for longer during the day.
These nutrients comprise manganese, good for bone creation and skin ethics as well as magnesium -- important for energy generation to cause you to feel fuller
Much like peanuts -- the favorite fruit among athletes additional reading -- not only because they contain an adequate number of good carbs but also for being the big players at the potassium game.
Potassium is a very important nutrient for preventing tiredness and muscular cramps. Pretty good if you've got a tough day ahead of you.
As you can see, I'm a huge fan.
Here's a good illustration of if I could have done with a couple of these cookies. Sadly, I did not have them with me.
